Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is currently looking to expand their Behavioral Health team with an experienced SUD licensed Outpatient Therapist!

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and treat Substance Use Disorders in an outpatient setting
• Provide mental health services to clients with substance use disorders.
• Grow and maintain your own client panel.
• Collaborate with multiple levels of support staff and providers to build client treatment plans and goals.

• A Licensed therapist who has direct experience treating SUD clients.
• A team-focused individual who is able to deftly engage with all levels of an interdisciplinary team.
• A therapist who can handle complex, multi-service treatment plans that may require expertise in evidence-based practices.

What You'll Need:

Education: Master’s Degree in a relevant field required.

Experience: Two years of directly related experience, to include one year in the direct treatment of persons with substance use conditions.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration:

• Substance Use Disorders Professional License, plus one of the following additional licenses (dual license):
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC),
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or
  • Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW)
• Current Washington State driver’s license (or the ability to get one before start) and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
• Current CPR/First Aid card, or obtained within 45 days of hire. NOTE: FBI fingerprints required if have lived in Washington State less than the last 3 consecutive years.
