We are seeking to have a full time, Physician MD or DO to join our diversed team in North Bend, Oregon. This is an opportunity to serve a mission-based Federally Qualified Heath Center (FQHC) in Coos and Curry Counties along the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast. Waterfall Community Health Center has an onsite 340B Pharmacy, onsite Laboratory, a dedicated site for our Specialty & Primary Care, a Coos Bay, North Bend, North Bay Health Clinic & School Based Health Center on the campus of Marshfield High School and North Bay Elementary, Women’s Health Clinic, Social Health Department, Behavioral Health Department, and Youth Therapy/Autism Center.
Salary: $205,000 - $230,000 DOE

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Function as a Physician MD or DO in a team and mission-based setting to provide delivery of primary care to patients, including health promotion/maintenance, counseling and education, assessment, acute/chronic care, and consultation/collaboration with other health care professionals, and community resources. Exercises progressive levels of autonomy in day-to-day activities based on satisfactory job performance.
Comply with organizational policies, procedures, standards of care and related laws and regulations including HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Ensure the efficient and effective flow of patients during scheduled clinics through joint planning and problem solving with clinic, office, contract and volunteer staff and other related duties as assigned. Protect the dignity, privacy and confidentiality of patients and their families, as well as co-workers and others. This position may be asked to work at other clinic sites as needed.
Waterfall Clinic, Inc. dba Waterfall Community Health Center (WCHC) is an integrated patient-centered primary care clinic serving insured and uninsured children and adults with a special emphasis on care for persons who experience barriers to accessing care due to income, language, cultural and social barriers. This position will support mission and goal achievement, organizational quality and patient-centered medical home philosophy.

Personnel supervision is not a responsibility of this position.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Works under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), if vacant, reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Exercises progressive levels of autonomy in day-to-day activities based on satisfactory job performance.
