At the direction of, and in collaboration with the VP of Human Resources, operationalizes HR strategy and initiatives at assigned sites, working with all level of leadership. Provides leadership to all HR services delivered to the site, providing oversight and balance to assignments, as well as allocating resources as needed. Utilizes metrics and system/site reports to identify areas of focus for the HR team to coach leaders and to gauge progress/performance of the operating units. Ensures value in the delivery of all HR functions.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, education or related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years general HR, organizational development, or associate relations experience including successful team interventions, leader coaching (including performance management) and dispute resolution
