About Us:

SEARHC is a non-profit health consortium which serves the health interests of the residents of Southeast Alaska. We see our employees as our strongest assets. It is our priority to further their development and our organization by aiding in their professional advancement.

Living and working in Alaska is really an amazing adventure. Many people visit Alaska, but very few people can say that they ever lived here. The scenery is amazing and the opportunities for outdoor recreation are unlimited. Southeast Alaska is a temperate rain forest. We get lots of rain and decent winter snow most years, but the temperatures are mild year round - rarely below 10F in the winter or above 75F in the summer. We boast fantastic hiking, fishing, wildlife watching, boating, camping, hunting, cross country and downhill skiing, glaciers, and more!

Working at SEARHC is more than a job, it’s a fulfilling career. We offer generous benefits, including retirement, paid time off, paid parental leave, health, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance and long and short-term disability, and more.
