Unique and challenging International Assignment in the Middle East collaboratively working with an experienced Cleveland Clinic caregiver team; expatriate package includes relocation, housing, and additional allowances. The International Quality Director is responsible for directing, coordinating, and implementing Safety and Quality initiatives to ensure operational alignment and organizational objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering or related field required.
Master's Degree preferred.
Certified Professional and Patient Safety and/or Certified Professional in HealthCare Quality preferred.
Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Risk Management experience preferred
Strong critical thinking skills preferred
Prior experience with Excel software and analyzing patient data preferred
Must be able to work in a constantly changing environment
Requires strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
The ability to quickly build relationships and trust is of paramount importance.
Minimum 5 years related experience, most recently 2-3 years in healthcare, quality, patient safety, process improvement and quality management.
Progressive Quality and Performance Improvement research, leadership, supervision or project team management preferred.
