This position will lead our efforts in transforming Patient Access to create a consistent, convenient, and frictionless patient experience. The Executive Director, Access Office Administration reports to the Chief Improvement Officer and is responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide access strategy to enable this future state experience. Responsible also for creating and applying enterprise-wide standards in collaboration with designated physician leadership, overseeing all Access Navigators across the enterprise, and implementing access initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including IT, Marketing and Finance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field required.
Master's Degree preferred.
A minimum of 15 years of professionally and functionally relevant experience, including a minimum 7 years of demonstrated management experience.
Offset: A Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of professionally and functionally relevant experience, including a minimum 7 years of demonstrated management experience.
Experience in in transforming organizations with a record of delivering excellent results in a complex organization.
Experience in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision making.
