The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor of Behavioral Health Case Managers is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, performance, and development of employees in the positions of the Behavioral Health Case Manager, Community Case Manager, and Mental Health Worker in a behavioral services program. This position works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality therapeutic and culturally acceptable direct care and skill-building educational services. They may also be called upon to provide employees in these positions services within the program. The supervisor is responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of the group of employees toward established goals and objectives.
This position has two (2) levels for departments in which there are eight (8) or more employees that the Supervisor directly oversees that is designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments. For departments in which there are fewer than eight (8) employees, the position will be a Supervisor I and job progression is not available.
