Corporate Compliance Officer

Mat-Su Health Services is presenting the opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join its Leadership Team. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center providing progressive integrated medical, dental and behavioral health care. The Corporate Compliance Officer is responsible for the overall management of our compliance program throughout the organization. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the visibility of the compliance program and fostering a positive compliance minded culture. You will lead organizational changes in response to compliance mandates, lead audits and reviews, and provide reports to management, committees and the board about compliance matters.

As the Compliance Officer you will need to be able to partner with staff; be informative and supportive; and be able to gain trust, respect and cooperation. You should have experience with grant management, monitoring of standards and regulation; project management, and supervision. Be aware that regulations change constantly and the task may feel impossible at times. Salary: $70,000 for minimum qualifications. Commensurate more for experience.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health care discipline.
  • Significant experience in the health care industry;
  • Compliance program experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
