Responsible for managing and overseeing the HRIS (PeopleSoft) and HRIS function to include designing, implementing, sustaining and continually improving the input, management and extraction of data.
Supports the development of a multi-year roadmap for HRIS infrastructure and functionality.
Develops and implements a data analytics capability. Develops and routinely provides standard reports of HR data; creates standardized HR dashboards, which are up to date in real time and available to stakeholders at all times.
Develops and sustains relationships with both business and other support department leaders, in particular IT as an integral part of HR process improvement initiatives.
Directly oversees the activities of the HRIS Specialist.
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science or related field; or five (5) years progressive experience with human resources information systems may be substituted for the education requirement.
Current certification as a PHR or SPHR or the ability to obtain certification within one year of hire preferred.
In addition to education requirement, minimum five (5) years of HRIS implementation and administration.
Experience as project lead or manager of a HR technology system implementation.
Strong project management experience. PMP certification is highly desirable.
Track record of collaboration and building cross functional partnerships.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Knowledge of Peoplesoft HRIS including PS query writing and foundation table experience highly preferred.
