Many of our clinics are approved sites by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) as National Health Service Corps (NHSC) sites. Licensed primary care clinicians in eligible disciplines can receive loan repayment assistance through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP). In exchange for loan repayment, you serve at least two years of service at an NHSC-approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA).

Referral Coordinator - Full-time – Hybrid (Remote + Onsite)

Location: Aurora Clinic

The Referral Coordinator position provides patient/family support as part of Care Management activities for all patients as part of RAE (Regional Accountability Entities) contract(s) in response to ACC Medicaid reform requirements.

Job Overview: Full spectrum scheduling and coordination of patient referrals to outside agencies/specialists including follow-up to ensure that referral appointments are made and kept, and that consult reports are received.

Job Requirements:

• Medical Assistant training preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Experience working directly with patients and families
• Two or more years’ experience working with medical providers and clinical staff within a medical setting, pediatrics preferred
• Minimum of one year experience working with and daily utilization of EMR/EHR functions
• Professional demeanor and solid customer service skills

• Experience trouble shooting and navigating systems in support of patients and families

Behavioral Health Provider – Early Childhood Focus - Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist or Unlicensed LSW, LPC (Bilingual required) - Full-time

Location: Aurora Clinic

Every Child Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed or Unlicensed Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) to join our Integrated Care Team in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic in Aurora. The BHP functions as part of a primary care medical team to provide mental health consultation, assessment, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention.

The candidate must be well versed in identifying and addressing general child and family mental health issues with specific expertise in early childhood intervention and treatment. The BHP will work mainly with 0-6 year old population to prevent negative health outcomes due to, or exacerbated by, behavioral health concerns. The role includes offering the HealthySteps model within well child visits for children 0-3 and their parents/caregivers. Focus is on supporting attachment, addressing developmental and behavioral concerns, as well as the wellbeing of the parents/caregivers.

Qualifications - Unlicensed:

• Masters in Social Work or Counseling working towards licensure hours (LSW, LPC candidates – opportunity for clinical and reflective supervision)
• Minimum of one year of direct clinical experience as an intern.
• Bilingual English/ Spanish required. [$2,500 differential paid in 1st year and 2nd year (Colorado Access Grant)]
• Experience working in a medical setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of DSM-V and diagnostic criteria.
• Specific expertise in infant/early childhood development, assessment, and treatment.

Qualifications - Licensed:

• Professional licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
• Colorado licensure is required.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience.
• Bilingual English / Spanish required. [$2,500 differential paid in 1st year and 2nd year (Colorado Access Grant)]
• Experience working in a medical setting preferred.

Pay: $53,500.00 - $64,500.00 per year. Signing Bonus of $5k for licensed BHPs, and for unlicensed BHPs the $2500 bonus and an additional $2500 upon licensure, and Bilingual (Spanish) differential $2,500.

Patient Care Technician - (Bilingual required) - Full-time

Location: Thornton

The Patient Care Technician is responsible for assisting our Registered Nurses (RNs) with patient care tasks, as requested. This includes clinical document management, patient care management, and taking an active role in care coordination between patients, nursing staff, providers and community health partners. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking, reading and writing is required. Seeks out opportunities to assist the nursing team while working within the scope of practice.

Working Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, with flexibility to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School diploma/GED required
• CPR certification required
• Experience working directly with patients and families in a medical setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required - speaking, reading, and writing
• Solid knowledge of computer use and software

Registered Dental Hygienist - 1 day per week

Location: Lakewood Clinic

The Registered Dental Hygienist will work in our Lakewood clinic, one day per week, as an independent dental hygienist under the state of Colorado, while employed through Every Child Pediatrics. The Dental Hygienist will work effectively with patients, patient families, departmental staff, dental staff, and nursing/MA staff to provide high quality oral health care. Specific functions pertaining to the dental program are established by the Dental Hygienist and the supervisor. The Dental Hygienist will report to the Manager of Dental Program. The Dental Hygienist will be the lead representative of the dental care program in their clinic and participates in pertinent collaborative committee meetings as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist Licensure (State of Colorado)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in independent practice environment (pediatrics)

Pay: $33.17 - $37.44/hr

Health Care Provider – School-Based Health Centers - Kids Clinic at Laredo Elementary School - Full-time (32 hrs)

Location: Aurora School-Based Health Centers

Every Child Pediatrics is currently seeking an experienced, full-time certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in our Aurora school-based health centers (SBHC). This position at Laredo Elementary school is 32hrs per week and would be caring for a variety of ages - birth through high school. We are looking for a motivated, organized health care practitioner with a love for kids and kid’s health issues. This practitioner will work side by side with a medical assistant, a behavioral health specialist, a school nurse, and dental providers. Together this team will provide a true Medical Home for the students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Valid PA/NP Colorado license
• Minimum of two-years’ experience in pediatrics is required
• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly encouraged (ability to communicate without an interpreter)

Registered Nurse (RN) (Bilingual preferred) - Full-time

Location: Aurora Clinic

Every Child Pediatrics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in our fast-paced, multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic in Aurora. Our Registered Nurses have the primary responsibility for patient management via telephone triage at all clinics. The RN participates in direct patient care providing services that fall within the professional scope of practice and as determined by patient and provider need.

Travel may be required between Denver Metro area clinic locations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (highly preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred
• Current Colorado RN license
• BLS/CPR certification
• Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred

Pay: $35.48 - $45.53 per hour

Medical Receptionist - Full-time

Location: Thornton Clinic

We are looking for an experienced, full-time Medical Receptionist to work in our Thornton office. Your position will ensure the efficient and effective flow of front desk activities and provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner. Your words, actions, behavior and appearance will make the best “first impression” to the public and provide a warm welcome on behalf of Every Child Pediatrics.

Major responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, patient registration, scheduling, collecting co-pays, and verifying insurance and billing information, answering questions and phones.

Work schedules may include Mondays through Fridays and Saturday mornings, with some flexibility to meet patient needs.

Your Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are greatly preferred, with a minimum of 1+ years of Receptionist experience with a focus on Pediatric care.

Financial Controller - Full-time

Location: Thornton

The ideal candidate will be overseeing the financial activities for the organization in support of its mission. He or she reports to the Director of Administrative Operations and supervises the Payroll Specialist and Finance Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Management

• Prepare budgeting, financial forecasting, and ensure adequate cash flow to meet organization’s needs
• Prepare monthly cost center income/expense statements
• Prepare financial reporting materials for board of directors
• Review and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization and oversee restricted grant awards and donor funding
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Implement disaster recovery plan if needed
• Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets
• Manage all audit activities in collaboration with external auditor
• Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants
• Work with accountant to ensure accurate and timely filing of 990 forms.

2. Facilities Management

• Oversee maintenance of Thornton building including custodial functions, elevator maintenance, landscaping and snow removal, and provision of keys.
• Manage all construction and renovation projects in collaboration with clinic managers and Director of Clinical Operations.
• Serve as point of contact for building management companies for all clinic locations.
• Manage relationships with tenants at Thornton location.
• Maintain company vehicles including registration, repairs, safety, and insurance.
• Manage storage units for all clinic locations.

3. Supervision

• Supervises Finance Administrative Assistant and Payroll Specialist

4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Service or another related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of general ledger software and use of databases, accounting and budgeting best practices, and business forecasting tools.
• Nonprofit organization experience
• Healthcare experience

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
