Maternal Child Health Nurses to provide holistic nursing assessments, counseling, and education to moms and babies through clinic and home visits . This person provides team-based care alongside primary care providers, dietitians, counselors, care coordinators, pharmacists, and outreach workers. Provide nursing services to special populations, including people experiencing homelessness, and people with limited health literacy. Experience or willingness to learn principles of harm reduction a plus. This position routinely works with our pediatricians as well as social services team to coordinate maximum services to our county’s most vulnerable residents. Willingness to mentor student nurses. Must be licensed in the state of Washington as a Registered Nurse with a BS required. Convenient if bilingual in English/Spanish, and/or ability to sign.

Wage range: $45/hr - $51.75/hr.
