JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists the Director in the direction, coordination, development and leadership of the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and related programs.
  • Collaborates with leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and other HR leaders to implement key HR initiatives and solutions that advance business objectives, as well as system and people strategies.
  • Ensures alignment across all entities. Integrates effective HR processes, programs and practices into business operations.
  • Actively promotes organizational change, supports new ways of working and works toward continuous improvement within HR to provide a high quality, professional, consistent, and cohesive HRBP service.
  • Serves as a trusted resource and partner to assigned business unit leaders and staff in the achievement of its people-related objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Heath administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field.
  • Advanced degree and/or professional certifications (i.e. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, Organizational Design and Development certification) highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or three (3) years of experience in at least two (2) human resource disciplines (talent relations, talent management, acquisition, compensation, benefits, organizational development, labor relations, etc.).
  • Two (2) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Health care industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with personal computers and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) or similar software.
