We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or Director, Revenue Cycle (DRC) to direct and implement financial plans and strategies associated with revenue realization for our enterprise. The CRO or DRC will have oversight of Revenue Cycle operations, including the Patient Accounting and Managed Care departments including physician credentialing for all provider operations. Critical responsibilities include the achievement of annual and periodic goals for significant indicators of revenue cycle performance and for the organization's overall financial performance.

In our search for the ideal CRO or DRC candidate we will be looking for someone with a minimum ten years of demonstrated progressive experience in healthcare financial and revenue cycle management, including experience in radiology. In this position it will be important candidates to have a demonstrated ability to function as part of a senior leadership team as well as possess strong managerial and leadership competencies. It is a requirement of the CRO or DRC to have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related discipline. Having a MBA is also a desirable part of the essential qualifications for this position.

Pay Range: $94,007.44-$141,011.16
