In May of 1978, Community Health Centers (CHC) opened its doors as a single health clinic in Nipomo, California, with a mission to provide quality and affordable healthcare services to the underserved communities of the Central Coast. CHC has Primary Care Physician full-time opportunties in: Family Medicine, Pedatrics, Internal Medicine, and OB/GYN. Practice locations in Santa Maria, Arroyo Grande, Oceano, Cambria, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Lompoc.

Education, Experience Certifications

• Current, valid, unrestricted CA License to Practice as an MD/DO
• Board Certified in Specialty: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN.
• Current, valid DEA
• Current BLS-C, PALS, ACLS
