The Executive Director is responsible for business and solution development and execution as well as the following:
Participates in the development and execution of overall international solutions including international operations, solutions development and execution, and/or business development focused on geographic corridors.
This may include product and international service delivery, mobilization of new international ventures, patient care delivery abroad and international patient services.
Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to build our global presence by strategic growth in select geographic markets.
Advocates progressive vision and innovative strategies in support of Mayo Clinic strategy.
As a thought leader in the international community, builds, leads, and manages a global team of highly qualified and diverse professionals as well as multi-disciplinary teams, with members including physicians, administrators, and other professionals.
Provides leadership, guidance, counsel and direction to management and staff, and ensures staff deliver on key business objectives and targets.
Connects global, national, and industry trends to corridor strategies.
Responsible for creating and maintaining an inclusive culture that reflects and upholds the values of Mayo Clinic.
Accountable for delivery of high-value service to internal and external clients, international affiliates, and international joint ventures and wholly owned subsidiaries.

Qualifications
Master's degree required.
Ten years business experience including demonstrated ability in development and execution of business priorities.
Experience representing senior levels of an organization globally.
Five years of supervisory experience required, preferably functional leadership.
Proven ability to synthesize financial and competitive data with a global lens to inform decision making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to various cultures and diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to engage others, create an inclusive environment, convening multiple perspectives.
Forges strong relationships with diverse people and/or groups recognizing and leveraging the interdependencies.
Leads with a sense of urgency easily shifting decisions or course of action bringing others along with them.
