Provides leadership for administrative operations for a group of facilities or departments. Ensures high quality, accessible and cost-effective health care services. Implements Regional goals and strategies. Assists in planning, implementation and evaluation of regional clinic services, access and programs. Responsible for regional clinical areas as assigned. Supervises assigned staff.

Experience

  • Minimum eight (8) years of health care experience to include short- and long- range planning.
  • Minimum three (3) years management experience in large clinic or similar setting in health care industry.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related area; or four (4) years of directly related experience.

License, Certification, Registration

  • N/A

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to build and maintain effective management team.
  • Must be able to work in a Labor Management partnership environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration or a health care related field.

Pay Range: $154600 - $199980 / year

Travel: Yes, 25 % of the Time
