Directs the multi-state administration and coordination of hospice specialty services, including hospice inpatient facility, 24/7 supportive, specialty and GIP teams. Evaluate and monitor programs to include clinical, financial, operational, and personnel management to meet the goals and objectives of the organization in accordance with its standards, policies and regulatory requirements. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to support hospice operations.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or
Experience Required:
Typically requires 7 years of experience in clinical nursing including experience in a hospice or home health care setting. Includes 3 years of management experience in managing staff and budgets.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate ability to organize, plan and delegate work effectively and efficiently.
Must demonstrate ability to resolve conflict, motivate staff and interact with superiors, peers and subordinates in a direct and professional manner.
