This position ensures supplies, equipment, and services are available to provide quality patient care and support for the entire Medical Center, including satellite clinics.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare.
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare purchasing experience required.
Utilize and apply technical knowledge in various supply categories and requires the use of initiative and independent judgement.
The ability to operate computers and understand computerized workflow; aptitude to utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word products.
Excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills, the capability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare purchasing setting, Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) certificate.
