Director of Family Planning Programs – California
GENERAL DUTIES:
The Director of Family Planning Programs – California will oversee the Title X family planning program and serve as a primary point of contact and resource to Title X-funded health centers in California. The director will ensure compliance with Title X program requirements, guidelines, and priorities and identify opportunities for program improvement. In partnership with the Title X network and other strategic partners, safeguard the availability of equitable, client-centered, high-quality sexual and reproductive health care.
This position will be operating on a remote hybrid schedule based out of the Los Angeles office.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
A current California Driver’s License, current registration and current automobile insurance coverage is required if you drive on company business.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds. The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
